KBP recruits and supports local church pioneers and preachers. Instead of sending missionaries from the U.S., KBP finds local workers who are already accustomed to the culture of targeted mission fields.

For the purpose of establishing financially independent churches, KBP assists church planters with various business opportunities and projects.
